Mission for protect Human Rights by Suryavansh Law Firm (SVLF)

Suryavansh Law Firm (SVLF) is dedicated towards Natural Rights of human being. In this regard, SVLF is working in the following form –

To make people aware about the law as well as their respective rights and duties.
To provide free legal aid to people.
To provide free advocates to weaker section and resource-less people.
To request, the government to amend laws or create new laws according to the change in society.
To convey expectations, requirements and the assumptions of the persons regarding laws to the government.
To provide right to equality to both men and women. With this object in mind, we work for the enforcement of equal right to both before the same liability and law. If there is any discrimination between them in any law then, we will make sure to demand from the government and the court to make law under “Right to equality”.
Will inspire people to deal with their dispute through mutual reconciliation. If their dispute is not resolved in this way then with their mutual consent they can make their dispute resolved by “Punch-Parmeshwar”.
To notify the government and the concerned department head in connection with the negligence in government work, and will share information with the press regarding this and also seek the asylum of the court when necessary.
To elevate the standard of living of the person, i.e. to achieve a dignified life.
To seek cooperation from the government to overcome the obstacles faced on achieving the dignity of individuals and in case of necessities, SVLF can file a dispute in court.
To make people aware about eradication of evils in society.
To raise public welfare, nature and environmental issues before the court.
To work to curb the environmental side effects that arise on the earth. Under which, measures will be taken to curb the depletion of resources, the removal of the living organisms, forests, and the number of trees. At the same time, SVLF will call the nation of the world to come forward to conserve the environment.
To ensure that human rights protection is restored. For this purpose, SVLF will insist the countries of the world to provide continuous protection of human rights according to the international convention.
SVLF, working on the retention of “ Vashundhaiva Kutumbakam “ will urge the countries of the world to leave the arms race and move towards global peace and mutual harmony.
To resolve the problem faced by the advocates. In this regard, SVLF will demand for work for the benefit of advocates from the government and other related departments and institutions.
